Amber Serna is an experienced, enthusiastic, and educated professional who develops and delivers dynamic learning opportunities for online courses. She has an extensive background in creating, developing, and implementing learning programs and instructional materials to facilitate participants’ education and knowledge. Amber excels at producing and delivering powerful learning tools while effectively driving program analyses and modifications to meet learners’ needs better. She is currently working with the Department of Bioethics to create online graduate courses and programs that will be offered globally.
